Request Resubmission

Why should I resend a request?

• A request may need to be resent for any of the following reasons:
• The contact information contains a misspelling.
• The original link has expired. Links are valid for 30 days.
• Additional files need to be submitted.

How many files can be uploaded using the original link?

How many additional files can be uploaded using a resend link?

Note: A maximum of 50 files can be uploaded per request link, including the original and resend uploads. If more than 50 files need to be uploaded, a new link must be created.

Reminders

When are individuals reminded to upload their media?

• For requests where personal information was collected, reminders are sent at the following intervals:
  1. 28 days
  2. 10 days
  3. 3 days
  4. 24 hours
  5. Reminders continue according to this schedule until the request is fulfilled or the recipient opts out. Opting out of notifications does not prevent the recipient from uploading evidence.

Note: Anonymous requests do not receive reminders.

Audit Trail

What information is tracked in an individual invite request's audit trail?

1. The audit trail tracks the following reminder information:
2. Number of reminders sent
3. Date and time the last reminder was sent
4. Number of reminders scheduled to be sent
5. Date and time of the next scheduled reminder

Searching Tips

When searching for individual invite requests:

1. Up to 10 names can be searched at one time.
2. Each search field supports partial matches and is case-insensitive.
3. Multiple filters can be applied to a single search.
4. Anonymous members cannot be searched.
5. Select Clear Filters to reset the search parameters.
