Downloading & Launching Axon Phone Application

Downloading Axon from the Apple App Store

1. Open the Apple App Store on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Search for Axon.
3. Tap Get to download and install the application.

• You may be prompted to double-click the side button to approve the installation.
• If prompted for an email address and password, enter your Apple Account credentials. These are not your Windows credentials.

Signing Into Axon

1. Open the Axon and tap Log In
2. When prompted, choose whether to use Face ID
3. Allow Axon to send you Notifications
4. When prompted for the Organization URL, enter: lakecountyfl.evidence.com
5. Tap Continue.
6. If prompted to allow the Axon application to use id.evidence.com to sign in, tap Continue.
7. If your account is displayed, tap Continue.
   • If prompted to sign in, select Continue to sign in with your Windows Credentials.
   • Enter your Windows credentials and complete MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) when prompted.
8. When prompted, allow Axon to find Bluetooth devices
