How to Download, Set Up, & Sign In to Axon Respond

For Supervisors Only


Downloading Axon Respond from the Apple App Store

  1. Open the Apple App Store on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Search for Axon Respond.
  3. Tap Get to download and install the application.
    • You may be prompted to double-click the side button to approve the installation.
    • If prompted for an email address and password, enter your Apple Account credentials. These are not your Windows credentials.

Set Up Axon Respond

  1. Open the Axon Respond app.
  2. Select Allow While Using App to use your location
  3. Allow Axon Respond to send you notifications
  4. Create a memorable 6 digit PIN 

Signing Into Respond

  1. Open Axon Respond and tap Log In
  2. When prompted for the Organization URL, enter: lakecountyfl.evidence.com
  3. Tap Continue.
  4. If prompted to allow Axon Respond to use id.evidence.com to sign in, tap Continue.
  5. If your account is displayed, tap Continue.
    • If prompted to sign in, select Continue to sign in with your Windows Credentials.
    • Enter your Windows credentials and complete MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) when prompted.
