Problem: You’re trying to install an application for work purposes, and the message below keeps coming up.



Solution

Step 1: Look for a pop-up at the bottom right of your screen (if you have two screens, it will only appear on one of them.)

Step 2: Click Request Access on the pop-up


Step 3: Enter a message if you’d like and click Send Request


Step 4: Call the IT Helpdesk (352-343-9512) and say something like:


"I'm trying to install something for work, but it was blocked by ThreatLocker. I submitted a ThreatLocker request. Can you take a look?"


Outcome: IT will assist you.
