Purpose

This article explains how to configure Focus Mode on iPhones to support uninterrupted recording sessions while using Axon applications.

Focus Mode can be used with:

  • Axon App 
  • Axon Capture 
  • Other supported applications 

Using Focus Mode helps reduce interruptions from notifications, calls, and other applications during recording sessions.

Configure a Scheduled Focus Mode

  1. Open Settings on the iPhone. 
  2. Select Focus. 
  3. Tap the Focus mode you want to configure. 


If a schedule already exists under Set a Schedule, you can select it to modify the activation times.

Add a Schedule for Focus Mode

  1. Select Add Schedule. 
  2. Choose one of the following activation methods: 
    1. Time 
    2. Location 
    3. Application 
  3. Configure the desired settings for automatic activation.

 

Focus Mode will now automatically activate based on the schedule or conditions selected.

Recommended Best Practice

For the best recording experience, configure Focus Mode to automatically activate when opening Axon applications. This helps minimize interruptions during evidence capture and recording sessions.
