Unpair Body Worn Camera (BWC)

This guide provides step-by-step instructions to unpair your Body Worn Camera (BWC) with various Axon applications used within the Agency.

 

Fleet Dashboard

  • Go to the Devices tab in Fleet Dashboard (indicated by 1 in the illustration below)
  • Under the BWC, select the Gear Icon 

 

 

 


  • Select Remove Camera

 

 

 

 

 

 

Axon (Phone App)

 

iPhone Version:

  • Open the Axon mobile application.
  • Tap My Devices at the bottom of the screen.
  • Tap the BWC you want to unpair.
  • Tap the ellipsis (...) next to Live View
  • Tap Forget Device or Disconnect
