After you've changed your Windows password, please go to the Outlook App on your Agency cellphone & take the following steps:
Step 1: Click the small icon of your face in the top left corner.
Step 2: Click the settings icon on the bottom left.
Step 3: Open Office 365 under Mail Accounts.
Step 4: Scroll down & click Remove Account.
A Data Wipe message will appear. Click OK.
The app will then close.
Step 5: Reopen the Outlook App & click Add Account.
Step 6: Enter your ID#@lcso.org (ie. 0000@lcso.org) & click Add Account.
Step 7: Enter your new windows password & click Sign in.
Once you're signed in, a message will appear stating US government account detected. Click OK.
The app will close once more. After that, you'll be set to re-open the app & see your emails.
