Pre-requisites (do these first)

  1. Install the Keeper Browser Extension, Desktop App, and Mobile App. (Click each link below for help):

Instructions:

Step 1: Look for the email below from Keeper Team (Subject: Keeper Invitation) and click Setup Your Account

Note: If you cannot find the email, contact IT to request another one.

Step 2: Under Email address, enter your ID#@lcso.org (Example below) à Click Next


Step 3: The following statement will appear – Two-Factor Authentication is enforced by your Keeper administrator. Click OK.

Step 4: Click the toggle by Duo Security à Click Next

Step 5: 

If you have the Duo Mobile app: Click Duo Push (shown below) and approve it on your phone.

If you use a Duo Token: enter the 6-digit code under Verification Code (shown below)

Click Next when complete.

Step 6: Take a picture or use the Windows Snipping Tool to save the Backup Codes. Once complete, click I have written these codes down.

Outcome: You should be logged in.
