Step 1: In Outlook, click New Email > Locate the Signatures setting (shown below)


Step 2: Go to LCSO Branding Guide > click the Email Signature dropdown > click Copy



Step 3: Return to Outlook, enter a name for the signature > click into the signature field (shown below)


Step 4: On your keyboard, click CNTRL + V (this will paste your signature into the text field.) Select whether you want it to be your default signature for new messages and/or replies. Then click Save
