Step 1: In Outlook, click New Email > Locate the Signatures setting (shown below)
Step 2: Select New > enter a name for your signature > click OK
Step 3: Go to LCSO Branding Guide > click the Email Signature dropdown > click Copy
Step 4: Return to Outlook, right click in the Edit Signature field > click the Paste icon > click Save (shown below) > then click OK
Step 5: Click New Email to test it. Your signature should auto populate.
