Purpose: Sending a document or image from your computer in Microsoft Teams

Step 1: Open the Search bar at the bottom of your screen, type Teams, and click the Teams app. Make sure you click the correct App (shown below)


Step 2: Locate the chat you want to send the document/image in > click the + button > click Attach File

 

Step 3: Click Upload from this device > locate the document/image you want to send > double-click it > click Enter on your keyboard to send it.

Outcome: Recipients can view and download the document/image.
