If you don’t have the app à How To: Download the Workday Phone App
Instructions:
Step 1: Open the Workday app and click Log In at the bottom
Step 2: Enter the Organization ID à Lcso (it is not case sensitive) then click the blue arrow
Step 3: Enter your username, which is your ID#@lcso.org (ie. [email protected]) then click Next
Step 4: Enter your Windows Password (the 20-character password you use to sign in to a computer) then click Sign in
Step 5: If you have a DUO token, enter the code. If you have DUO Mobile, click Open Duo Mobile, approve the sign in, then return to the Workday app.
Step 6: Select Remember this device then Submit
Step 7: You can complete the Use Face ID and Create a PIN if you’d like. Or you can click Skip
Outcome: You will be logged in to Workday
