Purpose: New Verizon Protocol for Activating Lines

Instructions:

Step 1: Log in to Verizon

Step 2: Look in our phyiscal inventory for Mifi’s labeled .35 Standby

Step 3: If there is a device available with the .35 Standby label  > grab it & locate it in the Verizon website (by IMEI.)

Step 4: Scroll down & open Manage Plans

Step 5: Locate the plan Custom Public Safety Mobile Broadband with MBP and click Select Plan then Continue

Step 6: Scroll down to Make it effective on > select Today’s Date > then submit it.

Outcome: The device will be active. 

If there are no Mifi’s labeled .35 Standby, activate the normal way:
