Open up Big Spillman and Sign in

In the "Command:" line, type in "fldint" (this will pull up the field interview table)

After you hit "enter", the "field interview table" will display

Under the Contact tab, you can search people by "Numbr", "Last name", "Full name", etc. I used the record 452381 (a fake record) and clicked "Accept" on the top right of the screen.

After you find the record and person you're looking for, navigate back to the top of the record, and change the "information source" box under the Interview tab. Click into the "information source" box and change it to "rescind trespass warning" and click "Accept".

After "information source" is changed to "rescind trespass warning" and you've hit "Accept", navigate to the Comments tab at the bottom of the record. There you need to supply the Date (Month/Day/Year) that the change was made, your User ID and Last Name, and finally a reason for why the Trespass Warning was rescinded.

*You have to double click in the Comments tab to edit the box.*

*Make sure to hit "Accept" when you're done adding those details*

Back in the Contacts tab, in the "Numbr" box, you should see a record number.

*Double click that record number and a new page should open up*

At the top of the new page, you'll see the ribbon, with different options to choose from. Click the "Notices" option with the exclamation point inside a diamond logo.

*Bottom row, 3rd from the far right*

After you click "Notices", you should have a box like this: This page will have all notices tied to the person (or record) you searched.

NOTE: DATE EXPIRATIONS SHOULD NOT EXIST ON A NOTICE ENTRY. A NOTICE SHOULD BE FULLY REMOVED FROM THE NOTICES TABLE AND NOT EXPIRED OUT.

At the top of the "Notices" page, you'll see a new ribbon with different options, click on "Mod" (It has a pencil icon next to it)

*After clicking on "Mod", the ribbon will disappear, and you'll be able to edit the notices in the Notices tab.*

*Under the Notices tab, you should be able to click on the blue "Detail" button next to the first notice in the list. Click the button*

A new box will pop up where you can edit the notice that needs changed or removed.

*Using the "<Back and >Fwd" keys on the ribbon, you can click through till you highlight the record (refer to the blue box around the first notice) you need to edit/remove.*

Since our trespass notice is the first on the list, we don't have to use the <Back and >Fwd keys. Proceed forward by clicking the "Del" button on the ribbon at the top of the page, it has a "X" icon next to it.

*IMPORTANT*

AFTER CLICKING "DEL", ANOTHER BOX WILL DISPLAY WITH A "YES" AND A "NO" BUTTON. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE CORRECT NOTICE HIGHLIGHTED AND THAT YOU WANT TO DELETE THAT RECORD. AFTER CONFIRMING THAT IS THE CORRECT RECORD, CLICK "YES" TO REMOVE THE NOTICE RECORD.

After the notice has been removed, you can hit the "Exit" button on the remaining pages to back out to the main Big Spillman page.
