Task: How to Add/Remove/Reactivate Phones in DUO.
Steps:
- Log in to Duo.com with your Windows credentials and multifactor device.
- Click on “Users” on the left of the page.
3. Search for the employee that you are working with.
- Scroll down the page to “Phones”
- If Deleting the Phone, click on the trashcan on the right side of the page.
- If Adding a phone, click Add phone on the right side of the page.
- If Reactivating the phone, click “Reactivate DUO Mobile” on the right side of the page.
Adding Phone after clicking “Add Phone” on the user:
- Type a phone number in the box on the page that pops up after the previous step.
- Click “Add Phone”.
- Type in the phone number.
- Click "Save".
- Click “Activate Duo Mobile”.
- Click “Generate Duo Mobile Activation Code”.
- Click “Send Instructions by SMS”.
Reactivating Phone on User Page
- Click “Reactivate Duo Mobile”
- Click “Generate Duo Mobile Activation Code”
- Click “Send Instructions by SMS”
