How to log into InSight & change your password
Go to http://10.10.0.17/InSight/client
Your account will need to be setup by an IT staff member from either LCSO or Eustis PD. You will be provided with a temporary password after which you will need to change.
To change your password after initial login on the website, go to Settings
Then go to Password. Fill in your current/temporary password as well as your new password.
Click Save.
After you have logged into InSight through the web portal proceed to Login through FLEX as you normally would. If you are currently logged into FLEX as you were setting your password through web portal ensure you have logged out of FLEX completely before proceeding.
Launch Message Center and Proceed to the Name Search Page
Search the following name into the name search then click the checkbox InSight Names
The query will run within LCSO’s Database and run an additional query alongside Eustis PD’s Spillman Database.

How to set InSight to run a query automatically
Insight can be set to run a query automatically whenever the user searches a name, vehicle, or property. To do so follow these instructions.
After you have logged into FLEX and launched Message Center/Mobile, navigate to
File à Options à Searching à Default Search Options
Select the following checkboxes
- Insight Names
- Insight Property
- Insight Vehicles
Then click Apply & Ok.
Logout of Spillman fully by closing all related windows and log back into the system, your choices for Insight should be saved.

Eustis PD has utilized the warrants table in their Spillman Database to Flag individuals for Trespass Notices.
A subject queried through INSIGHT may show a red flag of Wanted Person and may appear similarly below. Please confirm warrant information through your normal resources.
