These settings are applicable only to the select individuals at the agency that have sending-enabled accounts in SignNow. If you are receiving SignNow notification emails that are you want to make adjustments to but are not a licensed SignNow sender, please contact IT at 352-343-9512.


To access the Notification settings on your SignNow account:

  • Log in to https://app.signnow.com
  • Navigate to My Account, in the top right user menu.
  • Select Notification Settings from the left menu.
  • Change the settings for notifications that you want via the checkboxes.
  • Click Save.


Required CC Notification settings:


If your CC notifications have any additional boxes checked, then for documents you send out we will be sending way more notifications than desired. Uncheck all except "Document has been completed"!


Suggested Sender Notification settings: (you may opt for more notifications if you want, these affect you as a sender only)
