Problem: Laptop won't power on
Symptoms: Laptop won't power on even with power cord attached.
Possible Causes (if known): Unknown
Possible Solutions:
Main Solution:
Step 1 - Disconnect the AC adapter (power cord/brick) if not already disconnected.
Step 2 - Turn laptop upside down.
Step 3 - Look for two sliders towards the handle side of the laptop.
Step 4 - Move the left slider towards the laptop handle, hold it, look for the word "Battery" on the left edge of the laptop and pull out the battery completely. Release the
slider.
Step 5 - After 30 seconds, put the battery back in.
Step 6 - Power on the laptop. The laptop should power up and bring you to the Windows log in screen.

Desired Outcome: Reseating the battery will allow the laptop to power back on.
