Notes can be added to an on-call group in two ways:

  1. Text notes that display directly on the web page
  2. Pdf attachment

Adding a text note:


Open the Admin tab for the on-call group. Type text into the "Group Notes" text box, and click the "Save Notes" button.


Attaching a pdf:


Click the file input field, select a .pdf file to attach, then click the "Upload" button.


If you have another file format for your attachment (Word, Excel, etc), use "Save As" the file as a pdf first.
