Setup Instructions
- Open “Settings” on your mobile phone.
- Go to “Mail”
3. Go to “Accounts”
- If you have your LCSO email on your phone already:
- Click on the “LCSO” account
- If you do not see an LCSO option, click the second option that is under accounts. You should then see LCSO.
- Then click “Delete Account”
- Then go back into “Accounts”
- Click “Add Account”
- Use Microsoft Exchange with the new account
- Your Email will be your ID#@lcso.org (Example: 1234@lcso.org)
- Change the description from “Exchange” to “LCSO”
- Click “Next”
- Password is your Windows Credentials log in. (20 Character Password)
- Click “Next”
- Click “Skip Setup” on the Windows Authenticator prompt
- Then Save
Manual Configuration: (if needed)
You need to know if the user is still on-prem or cloud migrated in Exchange.
On-prem Exchange User:
- Do steps 1-8 on the Mobile Setup
- Then click "Configure Manually"
a. Email: FirstName.Lastname@lcso.org
b. Server: mail.lcso.org
c. Domain: LEO/CJO
d. Username: ID#
e. 20 Character Password (Windows Credentials)
f. Description: LCSO - Then Click "Save"
Cloud migrated Exchange user:
- Do steps 1-8 on the Mobile Setup
- Then click "Configure Manually"
a. Email: FirstName.Lastname@lcso.org
b. Server: outlook.office365.com
c. Domain: [blank]
d. Username: ID#@lcso.org
e. 20 Character Password (Windows Credentials)
f. Description: LCSO - Then Click "Save"
