The Law Library is a series of 6 laptops all connected through a switch inside the cart. This is a workgroup that is also connected to the printer/copier. 


The laptop that is designated as Laptop number 1 has the printer installed. This laptop must be started and fully booted up in order to share the printer with the other 5 laptops.


Troubleshooting:


If the printer is not working: 


1. Check to make sure the switch is powered on and has lights. If not plug it in and shut down all the laptops and follow the power on procedure above. 


2. If the switch has power, unplug the power plug and wait 10 seconds and shut down all the laptops. Then plug it back in. Follow the power on procedure as above.
